Kllo - Affection
Kllo is an Australian duo making electronic pop with strong influences from UK Garage and two-step. The results are often moody and melancholic, even when the energy is higher, the atmosphere still retains a darker edge.
It has been a few years since the last release, so it it was good to see a new release from them (sadly, only a single track). Affection still retains their trademark sound, but with a bit more energy—skipping drums, ethereal vocals and minor synth washes. Sad dancing has never felt so good.
