Round Three is the third release from Main Street from the creative minds of Moritz von Oswald and Mark Ernestus with vocals from of Tikiman (Paul St. Hilaire). This is a classic in the world of dub techno / house released in 1996.
With this release it’s straight-up 4/4 bumping house with a deep baseline and fragmented synths and effects and vocals floating on top. A perfect mix of Berlin minimalism, Jamaican roots and NY / Chicago deep house.
Shut your eyes and let the groove take you. I could listen to this on repeat for hours.
